Celebrate Poetry Month at Manny! The Gathering of the Tribes brings their cadre of poets to the Manny Cantor Center for a night of readings and mingling to close the All |Together | Different show. Poets include: Sheila Maldonado, Chavisa Woods, Mariposa Fernandez, Phoebe Halkowich (reading a poem for Steve Cannon), A Gathering of the Tribes is a Lower East Side based arts and cultural organization dedicated to excellence in the arts from a diverse perspective. Since 1991, Tribes has brought multiculturalism and change to the arts community.
